The Capital Region Building Owners and Managers Association (CR-BOMA) is pleased to announce that two member organizations, Fuller Road Management Corporation and Owens, Renz & Lee Co., Inc., have been selected as recipients of prestigious 2010 Mid Atlantic Conference (MAC) BOMA Awards recognizing "The Office Building of the Year" in the Suburban Office Park Low Rise and Government Building categories, respectively.
The College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering's Albany NanoTech Complex, managed by John Loonan, President of Fuller Road Management Corp., will be presented with the Suburban Office Park Low Rise of the Year Award for the Mid Atlantic region at the 2010 MAC Awards on Friday, April 16 at the Borgata Hotel, Casino and Spa located in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
The New York State Office of General Services, located at 50 Wolf Road and managed by Jorgen Bowman of Owens, Renz & Lee Co., Inc., will be honored as the 2010 Government Building of the Year Award for the Mid Atlantic region at the 2010 MAC Awards.
The Mid Atlantic Region of BOMA includes New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Both organizations will now compete in the International Competition, with winners to be announced this summer.

"Both member organizations are positive reflections of the CR-BOMA membership and we are proud to have them represent us at the 2010 MAC TOBY Awards banquet."
