We all hear a lot about nanotechnology but a lot of us probably don't know that much about it.
The College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering at the University at Albany tried to change that Saturday with its first community day -- an open house with presentations, booths and interactive demonstrations to show the Capital Region what nanotechnology is all about.
The hope is that as more of us come to understand the technology, it will prompt more and more kids to get excited about science and think about nanotech as a career.
