New Energy New York, a trade group, and the Energy and Environmental Technology Applications Center at the University at Albany are hosting the second annual New Energy Symposium July 30 and July 31 at the Albany NanoTech complex on Fuller Road.
Last year the event was only one day, but this year it was expanded to two days because a new event called the New York Hydrogen Expo has been added on July 30.
U.S. Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., has been invited to speak along with Robert Catell, CEO of Keyspan Corp., a Brooklyn utility that is being acquired by National Grid.
