Haldar Named Chair Of National Clean Energy Association

Professor Pradeep Haldar, the head of the NanoEngineering Constellation at the University at Albany's College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering, has been elected chair of a national clean energy association.

Haldar will serve a two-year term as chair of the Clean Energy Alliance, which has members in Texas, California, Florida, Ohio, Alabama, Georgia, and New Mexico, in addition to New York. The alliance seeks to develop the marketplace for clean energy by utilizing member resources and innovations.

Haldar is also the executive director of New Energy New York.
