WAMC: Albany NanoCollege Expands Photoresist Research

Albany's Nano-college is partnering with a huge petrochemical company in a research and development project to upgrade computer chip technology.
The SUNY College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering has announced that Korea-based Kumho Petrochemical, Ltd., a global leader in specialty chemicals, has signed an evaluative testing agreement with CNSE that will provide Kumho with access to the CNSE Advanced Resist Center and its suite of leading-edge equipment, known as tools, to benchmark photoresists for the development of next-generation computer chips.
